What is an MCP? (Model Context Protocol)
LLMs seem smart, but they are not useful!
That is, until you give them skills.
This is where MCPs (Model Context Protocol) come in. Everyone's talking about them, but most people still aren't sure what they are.
During our all-hands this week at MadKudu, I put together this slide to explain the concept:

What is an MCP
The Key Points:
- LLMs can talk, but they can't act
- MCPs give them modular, reusable skills
- Suddenly, your AI isn't just chatting, it's updating Salesforce, researching accounts, triggering workflows...
Think of Neo in the Matrix when he says "I know Kung Fu." Plug in the right skill, and boom, your agent levels up!
So the next time someone drops "MCP" in a meeting, remember: It's how we go from smart → useful. From chatbot → agent.
P.S.: I used Keanu memes to make the point, but deep down, I knew that choice was canonically valid: Nic Cage was originally offered the role of Neo. Those living in the alternate reality where he didn't decline the role are truly blessed.
